I finally ordered some Sweet N Sassy stamps and they came in last week, so of course I had to use them in this weeks sketch challenge.

I used the newly released Rhubarb's Christmas and Cocoa's Christmas.  These are such fun images to color!

Facebook Challenge

Hello!

My card today is for the StampTv facebook challenge to use 3 different patterned papers.  Check out the fan page for StampTv for details.

I used fun Echo Park papers for the background panel and to paper piece the puppy, house and balloons.  Stamps are GKD Warm and Fuzzy and Tag Lines.  I finished it off with some twill ribbon that I colored with an orange marker (love how it matches the dp of the doggie house) and a couple of stacked buttons.

Christmas Blocks

Hello!

Gina K Designs had a new release party earlier this week, and one of the challenges was this color block sketch challenge from Donna.

I used the sets Branching Out and Holiday Greetings for my image, embossed with CB houndstooth folder, and used Dp scraps in colors to match my cardstocks, which are from GKD and SU.

I really like how it turned out, and may make a few more in preparation for the holiday season.

Another sketch challenge

Hi again!  This is my second post for today.  I have another card based on the sketch from The Sweet Stop.

I've been lurking around the Sweet and Sassy stamping blogs lately and really enjoy the creativity of the designers, but unfortunately I don't have any of their stamps yet ( except for 1 digi I bought a few weeks ago).  So my card today uses stamps from Gina K Designs.

It's hard to see in the picture, but the snow is all glittery on the ground.  The cardstock is from GKD, and the DP from Basic Grey.

Hello!

I managed to get some stamping in this weekend, which felt great, it hasn't been happening too much lately.

So, I made this card for the great sketch over at Card Positioning Systems:

As soon as as I saw the sketch I thought of a gatefold card.  Here it is opened:

I used the set ... ok I can't find the name of it, but it's from Gina K Designs, as is the card stock.  The Dp is Basic Grey and the ribbon is from my stash.

CSS Inspiration Hop

Hello!  Welcome to another CSS hop.  If you came from Melissa's blog, you are on the right track, if not, start over at StampTV so you don't miss any of the deliciousness.

This time around is an inspiration hop based on this photo:


The inspiration for my card camr from that great head board, the colors, and the stripes on the bed pillows.

I used my Scor-pal to make the lines on the back panel and glued little seed beads to the botton half.  Cardstock, stamps, and ribbon are from GKD, Dp is Basic Grey.
